- Store & order data — when we operate your store, we process the data your store generates, such as product details, orders, and customer contact information, on your behalf.
- Technical data — basic usage and device information (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically when you visit this site.
We do not collect or store your customers' card or banking details. Payments are processed by your chosen payment provider (e.g. Razorpay) and settle directly into your own account.
3. How we use your information
- To review your application and set up, run, and support your store.
- To communicate with you about your store, billing, and support requests.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our service.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing your information
We don't sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us run your store (such as hosting, payment, and messaging providers), and only as needed to deliver the service — or where required by law. Each seller's store data is kept separate.
5. Your data is yours
The store, the customers, and the data are yours. You can request an export of your store and customer data at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data when you stop using the service, subject to any records we must keep by law.
6. Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights
